1st International Workshop

on Testability Assessment (IWoTA)

ISSRE 2004

November 2, 2004

Rennes, France

Driven by the rapid growth of systems complexity and the overpowering role of the test activity, testability is becoming an issue in today’s systems design and test.

The Testability Assessment Workshop provides a forum for establishing a comprehensive view of current researches, experiments and practices related to the assessment of software and systems testability. Submissions related to both design for testability and testability measurement are encouraged.

This workshop intends to present and discuss hot topics, trends, emerging results and practical applications in the area of testability and diagnosability, for hardware, software and co-design systems.
