Using SIMPA for statistical analysis¶
SIMPA was used to develop and test different algorithms and thus, it now have some tools to run several inferences and compile the observed data into a graph or a table.

When SIMPA is launch in statistical mode with graph activated, the method
void generate() in class stats.GlobalGraphGenerator is called.
You can add some code in this method to generate your own figures.
